I apologize for the horrible cell phone video quality. My DIY blinking 3rd brake light in my 1995 CIvic. I just snipped the positive lead and i attached a turn signal module. SO instead of paying + for a blinking 3rd brake light that just blinks 5 quick times then stays solid ; your 3rd brake light will blink continuously. Enjoy. RATING: Novice
